The Search For 6 Pack Abs

Nowadays there has been so much hype for having that 6 pack abs.  We have to thank the media for its contribution for the rising popularity of the ideal male body figure.  Who could ever forget Brat Pitts abs in his movies like Troy and The Legend of The Fall.  That washboard abs which most men envy and wish they could have.

Due to the rising popularity of the 6 pack abs, most gym clinics and online work out companies highlight washboard abs as a way to showcase their product.  Companies which are into health, diet and exercise advertise their product with models with well sculpted body figure with tremendous abdominal muscles.   The results were astounding.  There were a lot of subscriptions online.  Books were also sold like hotcakes.  Other companies use visual aids to have an edge.  Selling CD’s with work out videos which shows a step by step instruction on how to bulge those abdominal muscles.

The rise of company sales was expected because in reality men really want to be admired.  This is one of the things companies promise in their advertisements.  That if you enroll in our program people will definitely notice you.  That it is not only just having a good physique but it is also a confidence booster.  The increase in consumer purchases was a result of good marketing strategy.  Advertisements that promise quick results in a matter of days and even minutes are effective method to catch the possible consumers’ attention.  Making instructions easily understandable by using videos also helped.

Other detractors however argue that some company ads were making false promises in order to entice consumers to buy their products.  Companies making assurances that they could not actually deliver.  The skeptics would even suggest that companies use deceit in order to sell their products.  However, I see nothing wrong in companies selling dreams, using people’s desires and hopes as a tool to sell their products.  There is in fact a shed of truth on what they say in their advertisements.  Having a body that is ripped of muscles really does boost confidence.  It will also help you be noticed by women.  Company ads just make use of is already a fact.  That there is a fact that people can feel good if they have a healthy and well shaped body.  That it can help you be noticed and it can give you an edge in some sort of way.

Companies just exploring the possibilities of what people will feel after using their products and services.  They just make use of what is already there, the consumers’ desires, hopes and dreams.  They use advertisement just to highlight those things.  I see no deceit but a mere reminder of the possible outcome.  I am definitely sure that most of us want to be fit and healthy.

I do want to feel good and one way would definitely be having a washboard abs just like Brad Pitt.  It is definitely nice to be able to take off your shirt when you are in a beach or swimming in the pool.  How about you?

Bodybuilding For Everyone

Bodybuilding is a splendid way of sculpting your body.  It is an art of making your body as magnificent piece of art.  The curvatures and muscle linings which tremendously define the contours of your body will make an Adonis out of you.  All men probably dreamed of having a Herculean body but most have failed to do so.  Others just make petty excuses for failing to achieve it.  Excuses like, “I like the way I am”, is a petty excuse for being overweight.  Being too lazy and stubborn of doing something is one of the greatest hindrances to achieve a Spartan like body.

It is true that it is not easy achieving such tremendous task.  Working out is hard enough.  How can an overweight person achieve such task?  It is definitely not easy to acquire a good physique but it is definitely not impossible.  It is very achievable if you put your heart on it.  All you need to do is decide and commit.  Hard work and sacrifices is necessary to accomplish such tasks.   After you have made a commitment the next essential step would definitely be focus and consistency.

You need to focus on a particular body part at a time because it would be impossible to do it all at once.  It would strain your body easily from the start and you will get tired and quit right away.  There is also a need to realize that consistency is better.  Consistency in your diet, work out routine is important to improve and maintain your muscles.  Diet regimen must be consistent on low calorie and high protein.  Calorie is needed to burn as energy to fuel your activity.  Protein is importantly essential to increase muscular mass.

Other options like getting membership from gym clinics helps a lot.  Fitness instructors do really know their stuff.  Most are educated in physical science.  Instructors know a lot about human anatomy and therefore they know proper exercising techniques which would greatly enhance muscular development.  They also know the proper equipment to use, when and where it should be done.  You could learn several things from and I suggest you remember or make sure to list it, for your future reference.

Everybody deserves to be fit.  Your body is what you make of it.  What you are now is a result of what you did and what you are continuously doing.  Do not just be satisfied of what ifs because you can definitely be it.  Bodybuilding can be done by everyone and it is definitely achievable to have a good physique.
