Men are at risk for heart disease, prostate cancer and diabetes. Also, the risks will increase with age. In addition, a good exercise routine starts with eating breakfast every day.

The best way for a man to lose weight is through a healthy diet, cardio and strength training.  Most guys tend to spend more time lifting weights but more time should be spent on doing cardio. It is important to build an exercise routine. This will help to boost the metabolism and help the body become fit.
